The Multi-County Correctional Center is a full-service jail operated by the Marion-Hardin Corrections Commission as established under the Ohio Revised Code Section 307.93. The Marion-Hardin Corrections Commission appoints an Executive Director to oversee the operation of the facility.

The facility is located in Marion, Ohio and was established in 1999 under an agreement between both Marion and Hardin Counties of Ohio.

Under the direction of the Executive Director, Multi-County is staffed by thirty-four (34) Corrections Officers, three (3) Sergeants, five (5) Lieutenants, one (1) Captain, and ten (10) full-time support staff members such as Human Resources, Mental Health Professional, Nurses, Records managers, and other administrative personnel.
