-All Adult Visitors MUST show PHOTO Identification
at time of visit. No Exceptions.
Children do not have to have an ID at this time. |
-Each inmate is allowed One (1) 30-minute visit per
week.
Inmates on Disciplinary Status may be denied
visits.
(Visits from attorneys or clergy will not be suspended due to disciplinary
reasons) |
-The names of visitors on an inmates' visitation
list will not be released over the telephone.
(If you call on Friday to schedule a visit you
can find out if you are on the inmates' visitation list. All names
on visitation list will not be given) |
-Visitation may be suspended or canceled due to emergencies
(Call MCCC prior to visit to check status if
necessary) |
| -Visitors under the age of eighteen (18) must be
accompanied by an adult eighteen (18) years or older |
| -There is a maximum of two (2) adults and three (3)
children per visit |
| -Property and/or mail for inmates will not be accepted
during visitation other than medication |
-Inmates' personal property may be released during
visitation hours but is subject to time available
(Mail or other property can not be passed from
the inmate to the visitor) |
| -Visitors may be turned away for improper dress/attire |
-Secure all items (purses, wallets, cell phones,
diaper bags, coats, etc.) in vehicle or lockers (near Lobby restrooms)
ALL Visitors and items are subject to search
at anytime while visiting |
